Hi Sun Hills ladies,
Here's the recipe for the Crockpot White Chicken Chili recipe. I
quadrupled the recipe so...........this recipe will feed 6-8 people.
1 1/4 pound boneless skinless chicken
1 (15 oz) can Great Northern beans (undrained)
1 (15 oz) can Navy beans (undrained)
1 (15 oz) can hominy (undrained)
1 envelope white chicken chili mix (Walmart/Smith's)
1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chili's
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup (no water)
1 (14 oz) can chicken broth
Place chicken in crockpot (uncooked). Cut it into halves or thirds
(depending on the size), top with beans and hominy. In a medium bowl,
combine chili mix, chilies, cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
Pour over top of ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8-10
hours. I took the chicken pieces out after 7 hours of cooking and shredded it with a fork, re-added the
shredded chicken and cooked it another 1-2 hours. Serve topped with sour
cream, green onions or cheese ENJOY!!!!
