RECIPE

Ladies, As promised, here is the recipe for Michellers yummy soup she made for us on Wednesday!

Hi Sun Hills ladies,
Here's the recipe for the Crockpot White Chicken Chili recipe. I quadrupled the recipe so...........this recipe will feed 6-8 people.

1 1/4 pound boneless skinless chicken
1 (15 oz) can Great Northern beans (undrained)
1 (15 oz) can Navy beans (undrained)
1 (15 oz) can hominy (undrained)
1 envelope white chicken chili mix (Walmart/Smith's)
1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chili's
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup (no water)
1 (14 oz) can chicken broth

Place chicken in crockpot (uncooked). Cut it into halves or thirds (depending on the size), top with beans and hominy. In a medium bowl, combine chili mix, chilies, cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Pour over top of ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.  I took the chicken pieces out after 7 hours of cooking  and shredded it with a fork, re-added the shredded chicken and cooked it another 1-2 hours. Serve topped with sour cream, green onions or cheese ENJOY!!!!
